Pricing
What things cost
Starting prices with the factors that move them, rather than three packages designed to make the middle one look sensible. Everything here is a starting point that a written scope turns into a fixed figure.
Starting prices in KWD for software and web projects in Kuwait: company profile sites from KD 90, business websites from KD 200, e-commerce from KD 600, mobile apps from KD 1,100, and ERP or business systems from KD 1,600 for a single-module first phase. Hosting starts from KD 50/year.

Hosting
Hosting and servers
Start at the smallest tier that runs your workload. Moving up later takes an afternoon; paying for unused capacity does not come back. The hosting page has the sizing guidance.
| What | Founding rate | Standard | What moves the price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Web hosting | from KD 50/year | KD 100/year | Suits company profiles, brochure sites and normal-traffic WordPress. |
| Linux VPS | from KD 200/year | KD 400/year | Web applications, busy stores, staging environments. |
| Windows VPS | from KD 300/year | KD 600/year | Only where software requires Windows. Otherwise Linux costs less. |
What is not in the price
Third-party costs that are genuinely not ours to charge for. They are listed because a quote that hides them is the most common way a project ends up costing more than the number you agreed.
All of these are paid by you, to the provider, from accounts registered in your company’s name.
- Domain registration
- Annual, paid to the registrar, registered in your company's name.
- Apple Developer Program
- $99 US per year, required to publish an iOS app. Your account, not ours.
- Google Play Console
- $25 US once, required to publish on Android. Your account, not ours.
- Payment gateway fees
- Charged per transaction by the gateway, not by us.
- Advertising spend
- Paid to the platform from your own account, so you can see exactly what was spent.
- Ongoing maintenance
- Budget roughly 10–20% of build cost per year for apps and active systems.
Why these are starting prices and not quotes
Because the range at the upper end of every one of these categories is too wide for a single figure to be useful. A business website and a business website can differ by a factor of ten depending on how many pages exist, whether the content is written, and whether it needs to work properly in Arabic as well as English.
So the number above is where each category starts, and the right-hand column tells you what moves it. After a short scoping conversation we give a fixed figure in writing, before you commit to anything — not an hourly rate that discovers its own total.
If the honest answer is that you do not need what you came to ask about, you will get that instead of a quote.
