Most website work in Kuwait is sold by agencies that subcontract the engineering. We are the other way round — we build software, and a website is one of the things software can be.
Software Solutions Company based in Kuwait, working across Kuwait and the wider GCC. We build custom software, websites and web applications, mobile apps, ERP systems and the hosting underneath them, in Arabic and English (RTL/LTR). Source code and data ownership transfer to the client on completion, and work is delivered in named stages rather than as a single handover.
Where we are
We are new, and we would rather say so
This is a new company. We do not have a decade of case studies or a wall of client logos, and we are not going to borrow either. Every page on this site avoids naming clients or publishing testimonials for the same reason — we have not earned them yet, and inventing them would be the easiest thing on this site to check.
What we can offer instead is the thing a portfolio is a proxy for: specific, checkable commitments about how the work is done and what you are left holding at the end. Those are written below, and they are the same terms that appear in the proposal.

Worth checking against any other quote you are considering, not only ours. Several of these are where local projects most often go wrong.
You own the source code
Transferred on completion and final payment, with the database and documentation. No proprietary layer of ours in the middle that another developer would have to unpick.
Staged delivery, not one handover
Named stages, each producing something you can open and test. You should be able to stop after any stage and still own what has been built.
Fixed scope before you commit
A written scope and price before work starts, rather than an hourly arrangement that discovers its own size.
Accounts in your name
Domains, store developer accounts, cloud and analytics registered to your company. Our access is the restricted one.
We will tell you not to buy
If an off-the-shelf product fits, or the spend is premature, we would rather say so. Several pages on this site say exactly that.
Leaving is not obstructed
Migration away is assisted. Lock-in is not a retention strategy, and a vendor who is vague about this is telling you something.
What we will not do
A shorter list, and a more useful one. These are all things that are common enough locally to be worth stating.
- Publish client logos, testimonials or reviews we have not earned — and we emit no review or rating schema at all
- Present illustrative examples as if they were completed client projects
- Guarantee a search ranking, which nobody controlling no algorithm can honestly promise
- Quote a timeline we have not scoped, or a price that quietly excludes the store, hosting or maintenance work
